GAY-TANTRA™ Sampler Workshop (Volume II)

Experience in this sampler workshop for energy and bodywork beginners and advanced men - it doesn't matter if you have attended Volume 1:
- the '5-Step-Program' to let go and dive deep into your body, to release stress, tensions and 'bad emotions', to connect with the spirit, to dive into peace and centeredness, and to start a new life.
- how you can generate sexual energy and use your breathing to spread the energy in your entire body.
- how you can connect your sexual energy with your partner in the so-called 'HeartWave'.
The harmonic structure of the program will give you a taste of the treasures awakening with the GAY-TANTRA path.
Please bring along to our meeting:
A blindfold, one large towel (bath towel), a sarong (made of cotton or silk) to wear around your hips. If you have: Please pack also your yogamat and a meditation pillow / bench.
Questions & Answers
Q: I currently don't have a partner. Can I attend as a single?
A: Most of the men show up as a single. So: Don't care about being single - you will find a partner for exercises. If you attend together with your partner you are more than welcome to practice together with him.
Q: Is the 'Contacting & Energy Exchanges' a nude workshop?
A: The dress code for our experience is a sarong (made of cotton or silk) which you wear around your hips. This makes us sexy and playful as we are not used to wearing and presenting ourselves in a men's group. However, when we get bodily active and maybe a little sweaty it makes us feel more comfortable to let the sarong go... If you keep your sarong all the times you are very welcome to do that.
Q: I will arrive after work. Can I take a shower?
A: Most of our venues provide a dressing area with shower and bathroom. Let us know if you want to use it.
Q: What it the difference between 'Contacting & Energy Exchanges' Volume I and Volume II?
A: GAY-TANTRA is a path of learning methods and personal transformation - both aspects make this path so unique! In Volume II you experience a different kind of practice with your 'Inner Flute', the secret channel from your pelvis to your crown, and another type of connection with a partner ('Butt Wave'). And you deepen your experience with the '5-Step-Program'.
